Sadie Spaeth
Sadie joined The K12 Search Group in 2025 as Chief of Staff. A recent graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (B.A. Sustainability Studies, Magna Cum Laude), she is deeply passionate about expanding access to quality public education and contributing to building sustainable, thriving communities.
During her time in college, Sadie completed a year-long fellowship with the Georgia House of Representatives where she contributed to policy-making and development. She also interned with The Colorado River Alliance, an Austin-based non-profit, where she led award-winning environmental education programs for students from Title 1 schools.
Sadie is an 8th-generation Texan who can often be found at her local climbing gym when she isn’t assisting Mollie and Melissa with searches and business development.
