Since creating The K12 Search Group in 2007, Mollie has worked with dozens of high-performing charter school operators, state charter school associations, and K-12 education nonprofits nationwide to help them recruit executive talent. Before founding The K12 Search Group, Mollie led recruitment efforts at The Broad Center, a nonprofit organization established by businessman and philanthropist Eli Broad to attract and train talented leaders for charter schools and urban school systems.
